BILLING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Check or money order left at your residence on the day of service. Please make all checks/money orders payable to Mommy Maids.
- Checks or money orders by mail. Payments received after due date are subject to a late fee of $1.00 each day (weekend and holidays included) until account is brought current.
If payment is not received after 5 days from the cleaning date there will be a $50 late fee applied.
- Additional fees may be imposed for return checks and closed accounts. In such cases, you will be charged $30 for each returned check and any additional bank fees charged to us, as well as daily late fees that will accrue until the balance is paid.
- Mommy Maids will leave a receipt at residence or via e-mail, depending on how payment was made.
RESERVATIONS
Schedule appointments by phone or email. Voicemeail is checked often and e-mail generally has a turnaround of just a few hours. When scheduling an appointment by voicemail or e-mail, please wait for confirmation before considering the apointment set.
CANCELLATIONS
Please phone or e-mail (and wait for confirmation) for all cancellations. You may skip or reschedule whenever you need to, but please note that we request you provide at least 72 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are charged their normal fee. We keep your time open just for you and if their is a cancellation last minute it prevents us from scheduling someone to fill that spot. We understand things occur though we would greatly appreciate this simple consideration. Excessive cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are subject to cessation of services.
If by chance you happen to forget your scheduled Mommy Maids cleaning and we still show up for our scheduled appointment then you are charged the normal fee. Mommy Maids sets aside time for all of our clients it cost us dearly if you happen to forget about your scheduled Mommy Maids visit.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Mommy Maids will provide limited, delayed, or no service during incidents of incliment weather:
- We will not provide mobile service during heavy snow, sleet, or ice.
- Limited or delayed services may occur during city or state-declared weather emergency.
- We will possibly not be open for business on days that Tulsa Public Schools/Lansing Public schools are closed due to weather. We will call and reschedule your cleaning appointment.
SAFETY
Mommy Maids asks that you notify us of service contractors and repair personnel. Mommy Maids reserves the right to reschedule visits that coincide with a visit by another service contractor.
