Yes, Mommy Maids is fully insured. 

• Do you use my products and vacuum?

Mommy Maids uses all their own supplies unless otherwise specified by the client.

• Will you babysit my child while I run a errand?

Sorry, but NO.  Mommy Maids is there to clean and if we watch your child it takes away from the actual job we are there to do. 

• What is the best way to clean wood floors?

Wood Floors from Martha Stewarts web site:
If floors are waxed, reapply wax once or twice a year, and buff in between to revive the shine. Waxed wood should not be mopped -- a wax seal is not watertight, and liquid could cause damage. Wipe spills with damp paper towels as soon as they hit the floor, and buff the area with a soft cloth.

For wood floors with a polyurethane finish, damp-mop with a combination of one quart water and one-quarter cup vinegar.

• I know you're here for my weekly cleaning but can you go ahead and clean out some of my closets?

Mommy Maids wants to make their clients happy and will provide that type of service for an additional fee.  However, this has to be scheduled in with your usual cleaning.  That way we can have the time available for you and our other clients as well.
